Either when you call us or when we get your request, we will make sure to speak with you on the phone asap to go through what we can do for you! This is when we make sure we have all the details to get to work! If the job looks like it needs an in person assessment to quote you, we'll set something up here!  

Either after our call or the in person assessment, we have everything we need by this point! We will build you a custom quote for your work and send it to you via text or email! You can also expect a follow up phone call to walk you through the quote and answer any questions you may have! When you're happy with what we can do, we'll setup a date and time to do your job! All you need to do here is click the approve button and sign to proceed!

On the day of our scheduled job, we'll arrive right on time and greet you! We'll then walk through the property to confirm the job and take before photos so you can see the difference once we're done!

Our team will hook up our equipment to your exterior hose faucet and begin prepping everything to be cleaned!

Depending on your availability, we'll do a final walk through with you and take after photos of the job! We can then take payment on site or send you a digital invoice.
